Preparation Time:- 20 min

Servings:- 2-3


INGREDIENTS:

Cooking oil 

Ghee 2 tbsp

Mustard seeds/rai 1 tbsp

Chana dal 1 tbsp

Cumin seeds/jeera 1 tbsp

Urad dal 1 tbsp

Onion (chopped) 3 tbsp

Green chilli (chopped) 1 tsp

Curry leaves/kadi Patta 1 tbsp

Semolina/Rawa 200 gm

Salt as per taste 

Tomato (chopped) 2 tsp

Hot water 2 cup

Sugar 1 tsp

Milk 1 cup

Grated coconut 2 tsp


METHOD:

In a wok and add oil

Turn on flame

Add mustard seeds, chana dal, cumin seeds, urad dal

Fry on high flame for 2 mins

Add chopped onion, green chilli, curry leaves 

Fry well

Add semolina

Roast well

Add salt, chopped tomato

Mix well

Add hot water 

Mix it

Add sugar, milk

Stir continuously 

Add grated coconut 

Mix well

Top with ghee 

Serve hot.
