How to make SAMOSA & SAMOSA PATTI Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
For dough
Maida 1 cup
Salt as per taste
Ajwain a pinch
Ghee 2 tbsp
Water ½ cup (making dough)
For filling:
Cooking oil 1 tbsp
Fennel seeds/saunf 1 tsp
Coriander seeds/akkha dhanya 1 tsp
Cumin seeds/jeera 1 tsp
Green chilli paste 1 tsp
Asafoetida/hing a pinch
Green peas (boiled) ½ cup
Potato (boiled & mashed) 2
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Mango powder/amchur powder 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
METHOD:
For dough
In a bowl,
Add maida, salt, ajwain, ghee
Add little water and make a dough
Set aside
For Samosa filling:
Turn on flame and heat wok
Add oil
Let it heat
Add fennel seeds, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, green chilli paste
Saute it
Add asafoetida, boiled green peas
Mix well
Add boiled mashed potato, red chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, amchur powder, salt
Mix well till all the get combined well
Remove in a plate
Set aside
For frying:
Take a small ball
Roll it and cut into half
Use water for sticking
Fill with stuffing
Make into samosa shape
Deep fry till done
Serve hot.
