Preparation Time:- 30 mins
Servings:- 2-3
INGREDIENTS:
For marination
Black pepper/kalimiri 1 tsp
Black salt/kala namak as per taste
Salt as per taste
Cumin powder/jeera powder ¼ tsp
Coriander powder/dhanya powder ¼ tsp
White pepper ¼ tsp
Garam masala ½ tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Green chilli paste ½ tbsp
Curd/dahi 2 tbsp
Butter 1 tsp
Chicken breast 250 gm
For topping
Cream/Malai 4 tbsp
Chaat masala ½ tbsp
Black pepper/kalimiri 1 tbsp
Butter 2 tbsp
METHOD:
For marination
In a bowl,
Add curd, black pepper, salt, black salt
Add garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, white pepper
Add ginger-garlic paste, chilli paste
Mix it well
Add boneless chicken pieces
Mix and marinate
Add butter spread it
Marinate it for 30 mins
For frying:
Fry in tandoor/fry in a pan with medium-high flame/oven temperature 250 @ 10 mins
Until done.
For topping:
In a small bowl,
Add cream/malai
Add in butter, black pepper, chaat masala
Mix well
Keep aside
For serving:
Remove cooked chicken tikka in a serving plate
Spread with cream topping
Serve hot.
