How to make JALEBI Restaurant Recipe

Preparation Time:- 30 mins 

Servings:- 3-4


INGREDIENTS:

For sugar syrup

Water 1 ½ cup

Sugar 300 gm

Saffron water/Kesar water (crushed saffron mix in little water)


For jalebi:

Maida 300 gm

Water 3 cup


METHOD:

For sugar syrup

Turn on flame and heat wok 

Add water, sugar 

Stir continuously

Let it boil

Add saffron water

Boil for more 5-10 min

Stir continuously 

Once done 

Keep aside 


For jalebi:

In a small bowl,

Add maida little water 

Mix it 

Then again repeat the same process

Keep the batter for at least 12 hr


For frying:

Take any utensils/muslin cloth 

Make a small hole from down

Pour the jalebi batter

Fry in ghee

Till done

Then dip the jalebi in saffron syrup 

Dip for 2 mins

Serve hot.
