How to make PANEER CHILLI

Preparation Time:- 15-20 mins
Servings:- 2

INGREDIENTS:
For paneer
Paneer 200 gm
Corn flour (coating)
Cooking oil (frying)

For gravy:
Cooking oil 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
Green chillies (slit & cut into half) 1
Onion & capsicum (diced) ½
Water (little)
Soya sauce 3 tsp
Spring onion (garnishing)

METHOD:
For paneer
In a small bowl,
Add paneer, add in cornflour
Mix till all the get cubes get coated
Deep fry until golden brown
Set aside

For gravy:
Turn on flame and heat cooking pot
Add oil
Let it heat on high flame
Add chopped garlic ginger
Roast it
Add slit green chillies, diced onion & capsicum
Roast it
Add little water, soya sauce
Cook for few mins
Add fried paneer
Toss it well till
Garnish with spring onion
Serve hot.

(Additional information: Do not add salt in it, because soya sauce already has salt)
