How to make Pav Bhaji Restaurant Recipe






In this Food Blog , Swadesh fast food restaurant will be sharing the secret recipe of  Pav Bhaji.
They have been serving some delicious pav bhaji for more than 20 years in Mumbai.

Preparation Time:- 1 hr
Servings:- 2


INGREDIENTS: for step 1
Butter 50 gm
Cumin seeds ½ tsp
Onion (chopped) 2 tbsp
Capsicum (chopped) 3 tbsp
Tomato (chopped) 5 tbsp
Boiled peas 2 tbsp
Water ½ cup
Boiled potatoes 1 ½ tbsp

Ingredients for Step 2:
Butter 1 tbsp
Kasoori methi ½ tsp
Garlic paste ½ tbsp
Red chilli paste  1 tbsp
Pav bhaji masala ½ tsp (you can use any brand of masala)
Coriander leaves (chopped) few
Salt as per taste 
Water 1 cup
Coriander leaves (garnishing)


METHOD: Step 1
Turn on flame and heat Tawa
Add butter
Let it melt 
Add cumin seeds, chopped onion, chopped capsicum,
Mix it
Add chopped tomato 
Mix well 
Add boiled peas
Roast it on high flame
Add water 
Roast and mash the vegetables 
Add boiled potatoes 
Cut into cubes and mash the vegetables properly 
Keep well and keep aside.


Method: Step 2
In the same Tawa 
Add butter, kasoori methi, garlic paste, red chilli paste 
Roast it
Add pav bhaji (you can use any brand of pav bhaji masala)
Mix and fry a min
Add the mashed vegetables, chopped coriander leaves, salt, water 
Mix and mash well 
Add little more water 
Mash again and mix
Garnish with coriander leaves 


Serve hot.
