How to make Chicken Lollipop and Drums of Heaven

Preparation Time:-30 mins
Servings:-2-3


INGREDIENTS:
Chicken lollipop 6
Egg ½
Schezwan sauce 1 tbsp
Red chilli paste 1 ½ tbsp
Hot and sweet sauce 1 tbsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Maida 1 ½ tbsp
Garlic (chopped) 1 tsp
Ginger (chopped) 1 tsp
Green chilli (chopped) ½ tsp (you can add according to your spicy taste)
Salt as per taste 
Aromat powder/maggi seasoning 1 tsp
White pepper powder 1 tsp


METHOD:
In a bowl,
Add egg, chopped garlic, chopped, ginger, chopped green chilli
Add the seasoning (salt, aromat powder/maggi seasoning, white pepper)
Add the sauces (red chilli paste, hot and sweet sauce, Schezwan sauce)
Add the cornflour, maida
Mix well and make a thick paste 
Now add the chicken lollipop 
Mix and marinate and keep in the fridge for at least 1 hr

For frying:
Turn on flame and heat wok
Add oil
Let it heat on slow flame 
Add a marinated chicken lollipop 
Fry on slow flame till done
Serve with Schezwan sauce 
Serve hot.


INGREDIENTS:
For drums of heaven
Cooking oil 2 tbsp (you can use any oil)
Dry red chilli 2 pcs
Star anise/chakra phool 1 pcs
Garlic (chopped) 1 tsp
Ginger (chopped) 1 tsp
Green chilli (chopped ) 1 tsp (you can add according to your taste)
Red chilli paste 1 ½ tbsp
Hot and sweet sauce 2 tbsp
Schezwan sauce 1 tbsp
Salt as per taste 
Aromat powder/maggi seasoning 1 tsp
White pepper 1 tsp 
Fried chicken lollipop 3
Spring onion few
Spring onion (garnishing)


METHOD:
Turn on flame and heat wok
Add oil
Let it heat on high flame
Add chopped garlic, chopped ginger, chopped green chilli
Saute it
Add sauces (red chilli paste, hot and sweet sauce, Schezwan sauce)
Add little water
Mix well
Add seasoning (salt, aromat powder/seasoning, white pepper)
Mix and fry well
Add the fried chicken lollipop 
Add spring onion mix well 
Garnish with spring onion


Serve hot.
