How to make Veg Schezwan Fried Rice | Veg Schezwan Rice Restaurant Recipe

Preparation Time:- 15 mins
Servings:- 2
INGREDIENTS:
Garlic (chopped) 1 tsp
Ginger (chopped) ½ tsp
Green chilli (chopped) (according to your spicy taste)
Dry red chilli ½ 
Cooking oil 1 tbsp
Red chilli paste 1 tbsp
Vegetables chopped (carrot and beans) 1 cup
Spring onion (chopped)
Salt as per taste 
Aromat powder/Maggi seasoning 1 tsp
White pepper 1 tsp
Sugar ½ tsp
Schezwan sauce 2 tbsp
Rice 1 bowl


METHOD:
Turn on flame and heat a small wok
Add oil
Grease it
Add dry red chilli, chopped garlic, chopped ginger
Roast it on low flame
Add green chilli paste
Fry till light golden brown
Add chopped vegetables (carrot and french)
Before adding vegetables blanched and keep
Add rice
Mix well
Add seasoning (salt, aromat powder/maggi seasoning, white pepper, sugar)
Add red chilli paste, Schezwan sauce
Mix well 
Garnish with spring onion
Serve hot.


(Additional information: if you want veg fried rice, then don’t add Schezwan sauce, red chilli paste


After adding the seasonings just garnish with spring onion and serve hot.)
