How to make Dahi ke Kebab | Award Winning Kebab Recipe



KEBAB Recipe live from 5 stars kitchen | Award-winning kebab Recipe. 
Here is a Dahi Kebab recipe from #timefood award winner "Lemon Tree Premier" in Ahemdabad Gujrat.


Preparation Time:- 30-40 mins
Servings:- 5

INGREDIENTS:
Hung curd/Dahi 3 tbsp
Gram flour/besan 2 tbsp 1 tbsp
Coriander roots (chopped) 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves (chopped) 1 tbsp
Coriander seeds 2 tbsp
Green chillies (chopped) 1tbsp
Chilli flakes 1 tsp
Salt as per taste 

METHOD:
In a bowl,
Add hung curd (hung curd is a process which we get from strained curd, add curd in muslin cloth let it drain the water, and your hung curd is ready)
Mix it into a creamy smooth paste
Add gram flour 
Mix well
Add more gram flour
Add chopped coriander roots, coriander seeds, coriander leaves
Add chopped green chillies, chilli flakes, salt
Mix well and refrigerate this mixture for 30 mins for binding
After 30 mins your mixture will be in a thick consistency 

For frying:
Take little water in your hand make Tikki
Keep aside
Turn on the flame and heat and wok
Add oil
Let it heat on medium-high flame 
Put the kebabs
Fry it on medium-high flame 
For 2-3 mins or until done
Serve with chutney 
Serve hot.
